About Denver's Computer Shoppe Inc.

Sometime in 1992, spouses Patermucio and Nancy Calleja opened a quaint computer shop on the 2nd floor of Los Banos Building in Legazpi City. Back then, not all households in Albay had access to personal computers and the need for such was only just starting to be realized by the residents. The Callejas’ computer shop offered computer encoding and printing services and catered to people who had no access to a PC and a printer but had the need for it.

It was not long after that the husband and wife team realized that their encoding and printing services will only generate so much income compared to its operational expenses and liabilities. The couple decided to take a huge risk and gamble on a business expansion. On May 06, 1995, Denver’s Computer Shoppe was born. Named after their firstborn, the little computer shop undertook a huge transformation and went from being a mere service provider to becoming the premier seller of computer systems, printers, and related accessories and accoutrements in Albay.

This risk would eventually payoff. The demand for personal computers, laptops, printers, and similar equipment continued to skyrocket over the years as people felt the need to have these in their households and offices. Denver’s Computer Shoppe, with its commitment to providing customer satisfaction by only selling quality computer brands, was able to establish reliability and credibility amongst its customers and eventually became known as the leading computer store in Legazpi City.

In 2008, Denver’s Computer Shoppe was incorporated and on its Board of Directors are Patermucio O. Calleja, Jr. as President, Teresita B. Capellan as Corporate Secretary, Nancy B. Calleja as Treasurer and CEO, and Ottfrieda C. Bombita and Ma. Imburgh O. Calleja as Directors. Incorporating the store meant having a bigger capital stock and, therefore, more wiggle room for expansion.

Although based in Albay, Denver’s Computer Shoppe’s clientele comes from all over the Bicol region. This prompted the couple to open more branches in other key provinces. At present, Denver’s has five branches in operation--- two stores in Legazpi City, one in Sorsogon City, one in Naga City and the newest store in Ayala Malls, Legazpi City, the Acer and Lenovo Exclusive Store.

Last year, Denver’s celebrated twenty years of hard work, perseverance and determination. And Denver’s also celebrated twenty years of excellent service to its clients and sticking to its philosophy to provide only the best quality products to its patrons.

Denver’s celebration of its three decades of existence is no mere insignificant notch. It marks the continuation of its service to the community, adherence to quality and excellence, and unparalleled customer service.
